Committee members develop insight into NABWIC's business operations to suggest strategic business/organization direction and policy implementation. They discuss organization issues, provide proper feedback and solutions, then make suggestions to the executive board.

 The role of the finance committee is to ensure the organization’s financial stability by providing financial oversight on its budget and investments. The committee is responsible for budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.
